 Connecting With The Divine

From the beginning of time, man and woman have sought to develop a connection with the Divine. The past is riddled with ceremonial attempts to witness, invoke, or call forth higher levels of consciousness in order to initiate this awareness. Such endeavors have been a pastime of many a spiritual seeker, and today’s current trend in spiritual awakening is no exception.

To facilitating a connection with the Divine, it is not always necessary to reach an altered state. Through tuning our awareness to our bodies, we have a natural channel through which to experience the Divine intent within our lives. We come to know this input from higher spiritual realms as inner knowings, intuitive hits, affirmative truth bumps, and downloads of inspiration through which we gain a better link to the Divine.

Confirming the truth of the message is, however, oftentimes a tedious task which leaves us in utter frustration. How do we know for certain that the messages are real? Are they contrived only by wishful thinking? Wouldn’t it be nice to have guidance within your life though which to make important decisions? The secret lies in the alignment of your personal will with that of the Divine.

By joining forces with Divine, we invite higher consciousness into our lives. We actually begin to live through this increased level of perception and make choices which are aligned with our highest good. We are not overwhelmed with self-doubt, limiting thoughts or constricting fear, for we have invited the Divine to be an active influence in our life. The level of self-trust increases exponentially as a result of living with the Presence of the Divine within your life.

So give up the need to have things your way; let go of “how” things will manifest in your life and simply align with the Presence of the Divine in all thought, word, and deed. The rest starts to take care of itself! As we let go of controlling the outcome and only affirm results which reflect the highest good, we are making a really good start in aligning with the Presence. By supporting the evolution of your own personal growth and well-being by connecting with this Presence, you are also contributing to the spiritual awakening of humanity.

So be the one with the Presence, and bring forth a whole new level of awareness! Take a consciously creative path and express your True Self!
